Run by in-house recruiters for in-house recruiters The FIRM was founded as a LinkedIn Group in December 2007. Now with over 2400 members (and growing daily) from over 1000 companies in 44 countries it is a FREE supportive and collaborative community of corporate recruitment professionals that provides both an online and offline hub for members to network, request help, share knowledge and give advice on all aspects of recruitment and talent management.

The FIRM is solely for In-house and Corporate Recruitment professionals and is not open to agency, search firm or other supplier staff. However if suppliers are interested in working with The FIRM they are able to do so through sponsorship of on- and offline events as well as ensuring they have a presence on the website.
